Because we are committed to exploring and exploiting the full potential of our brands, often they are introduced into different branches, for which then specific products are developed.Having started originally in the bike branch, RA is now active in the branches Bike, Sports & Outdoor, Shoe & Fashion and Military & law enforcement.
Such has grown from the qualities of the brands itself and the expertise of RA in all these branches over the years. However, RA takes great care to maintain the full focus within each of these branches. Every region and every branch has a dedicated account manager and RA is structured in separate business units.
RA is well introduced in each of the markets in which it is active. Many major retailers, chains and groups work together with us, start-ups, as well as high potentials and established retailers.Chains and buying groups make up for 30% of the total sales and next to that, RA works together with 1600 customers in Benelux and France.Working with pre-orders has become a must to ensure timely deliveries, but we also keep NOOS-products (never-out-of-stock) in our warehouse (in total 800 m² offices and 4000 m² warehouse) so as to raise the profitability of high-runners.
Over the years, RA has developed a very strong team, both for internal and external services (back and front office). All those years of experience, are at the disposal of our partners, our customers. Working with RA ensures a good service and sales-support.The sale doesn’t stop when products are delivered. After-service, follow up, constant renewal, attention for sell-through and resales in the shop, training of the staff, they are all equally important for us.
